Andrea Musa, RN, FNP-BC
Founder of DREA.M Aesthetics
Andrea is a Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (RN, FNP-BC). Her career began 12 years ago at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where she gained valuable experience in the neuroscience medical-surgical unit and neurological operating rooms. In March 2023, Andrea earned her board certification as a family nurse practitioner. Driven by a passion for wellness and beauty, she transitioned her career to focus on aesthetics, completing extensive training with renowned companies such as Galderma, Allergan, Evolus, and Purpell, making her an advanced injector and wellness provider. Andrea has had the honor of working alongside many talented nurse injectors and medical directors during her time at VIO MedSpa.
With her Croatian-Bosnian roots, Andrea celebrates the richness of diverse cultures and values every unique perspective on beauty and wellness. She firmly believes that looking your best at any stage of life contributes significantly to feeling your best. Andrea is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Her aesthetic approach prioritizes safety, considers individual facial anatomy, and is grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring the highest standards of service for all.
When she’s not treating patients, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys, Lucas and Dominic. You can often find her outdoors, planning her next trip, having a girls night, or simply relaxing with a matcha latte while watching reality TV!
Dr. Brady SCOTT Steineck
Medical Director
Dr. Brady Steineck is a board-certified family physician passionate about primary care and aesthetics. With over 15 years of medical experience, he supervises and collaborates daily with RNs, PAs, and NPs, caring for a large primary care patient population. As the owner of Adela Medical Spa in Canton for over two years, he is dedicated to seeing patients and overseeing estheticians, RNs, and NPs in aesthetic treatments.
Dr. Steineck’s love for dermatology naturally led him into aesthetics, where he regularly performs Botox/Dysport injections, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, IPL, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, Sculptra, mole removals, and lesion excisions. His expertise extends to hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss, enhancing patient wellness beyond aesthetics.
In his primary care practice, he supervises an RN and four NPs, caring for a panel of 4,000 patients while mentoring NP and medical students. At Adela Medical Spa, he oversees multiple providers, fostering a collaborative learning environment where providers work together to refine their skills. Dr. Steineck’s dedication to patient-centered care, education, and innovation makes him a highly respected leader in primary care and aesthetic medicine.
